NOTES MIDNIGHT BLACK DOES NOT REFUND ANY PURCHASES. HOWEVER, WE DO OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR A CREDIT NOTE. THE CREDIT NOTE IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE. No exchange on underwear, hosery, earrings, earrings sets, makeup and beauty products due to the Australian Health Regulations. Goods can only be exchanged if the wrong item/s delivered.

Please choose carefully. Unless postal insurance is taken, we do not accept responsibility for damaged goods on delivery. Australia Post does offer postal insurance. This can be added to your order if desired. Product/s can be swapped for the same item (if in stock). If not in stock, the product/s can be swapped for an item of similar value of your choice. The exchange will be sent back via airmail or standard post at your own cost.
